Who are we

Vivare was established in 2014. It provides in house training sessions and programs as well as coaching focused on frontline employees.

Founder and director

Welcome to Vivare! My name is Peta and I am the founder and director. Prior to setting up Vivare I have had a wonderful career full of great opportunities and experiences in a variety of organisations including small companies, large business, government, publicly listed companies and privately owned businesses. A large focus of my career has been in training and talent management. This has included Director of Recruitment and Learning, sitting on the panel of two global talent programs, various Learning and Development Manager roles and a training consultant.

I have also sat on the board of a multimedia company, been in product development, a sales representative and in recruitment.

I am also a qualified career coach, speak at conferences and mentor. I estimate I have trained more than 5,000 people in a wide range of topics.

When I’m not running the business I’m dancing rock’n’roll, swing and rockabilly, travelling and renovating (which seems to be endless and wonderful!).

Our belief we should help goes beyond humans to animals. As such we provide ongoing support to DoggieRescue. They are a no kill rescue service for dogs who continue to do amazing stuff and make a difference to the lives of dogs!
